29 Recital 24 of REGULATION (EU) No 1291/2013 establishing Horizon 2020 The implementation of Horizon 2020 should respond to the evolving opportunities needs of science technology, industry, policies society. As such, the agendas should be set in close liaison with stakeholders from all sectors concerned, sufficient flexibility should be allowed for new developments. External advice should be sought on a continuous basis for the duration of Horizon 2020, also making use of relevant structures such as European Technology Platforms, Joint Programming Initiatives, the European Innovation Partnerships as well as advice from scientific panels, such as the Scientific Panel for Health.
