4 Travel planning Using Sateltrack DELIVERY you can plan trips and commitments of each individual vehicle. The operations are particularly simplified by using Mission Templates, useful when vehicles perform regularly similar missions. A User Friendly and intuitive interface allows to create trips "on the fly", allowing to check in real time the best vehicle for the transportation at the specific time, by setting criteria like the lowest cost or shortest time of delivery. 5 Trips planning management ERP s software interface Sateltrack DELIVERY can be interfaced with already existing ERP s software, in order to optimize the planning or single trips. Sateltrack receives Travel Plans including the allocation of vehicles, follows them on the way and constantly checks the load conditions (Example: Temperature). You can also use Sateltrack DELIVERY for planning the vehicle s trips. Sateltrack will monitor in Real-time the behaviour of the vehicles by providing the progress compared with the planning. 6 Vehicles scheduling A Gantt chart keeps track of schedule for each vehicle and operating location of each scheduled task. In this way you can check the assignments of the entire fleet, portions of it or individual vehicles. DELIVERY 6

7 Itinerary check Vehicle s itinerary and any activity is georeferenced on satellite maps, allowing realtime verifications. You can check exactly all the routes, opening/ closing doors, load/ unload points, lifting sensors activations, refrigerator ignition. DELIVERY 7

8 Alarms and notifications Sateltrack DELIVERY allows to customize the events on which to generate alarms and notifications. 9 ID reader integration Sateltrack DELIVERY can integrate all the technologies of recognition and identification available on the market such as RFID, through integrated reader and transponders, barcode and QR code readers.
