27 AMMONIA CRACKER Ammonia Cracker Ammonia Crackers are a reliable source of Hydrogen Nitrogen (HNX) mix for a variety of industries such as Heat treatment of metals, sintering furnaces, metal powder production among many others. H Flow Range 2 Cracked Gas Purity Hydrogen High Purity HNX H 2 We design and deliver Ammonia crackers in a wide flow range. Starting at 1 nm3/hr, we can offer very small compact systems to very high cracked gas flow rates in a single unit as high as 1000 nm3/hr. Our custom designed systems are tailored to your gas purity requirement. Standard cracked gas mixture is in a ratio of 75% H2 : 25% N2. We can modulate the cracked gas mix with varying hydrogen and nitrogen percentages as per demand. If the customer requires high purity Hydrogen gas, say at 99%, we offer a molecular purification unit downstream of the cracker furnace which removes the excess Nitrogen and uncracked ammonia. 27

28 EXO GAS GENERATOR Exo Gas Generators EXO-gas generators produces protective atmosphere for Heat Treatment furnaces. Lean Exogas or Rich Exo-gas is produced simply by changing the air to fuel ratio in burner. Burner Technology Dryer Multiple Fuels These gas generators are fitted with a specially designed Swirl Flame burner which gives soot free combustion and oxygen free Exo-gas even under substoichiometric conditions. By providing a Refrigerated dryer after Gas generator, dew point of (+) 5 C is achieved. For (-) 60 C dew point, a Molecular Sieves dryer is provided. 29 AIR DRYERS Air Dryer Units MVS Engineering is one of the oldest Air dryer manufacturers in India. We deliver custom built solutions in accordance with customers exacting requirements. Heat Of Refrigerated Heatless Heat Reactivated Compression (HOC) A refrigerated air dryer is the most commonly used and low cost compressed air dryer / Gas Dryer for most plant applications for the drying of plant air and other utility gases like Seal gas etc. 2 vessels filled with desiccant are provided in our heatless dryer design. These towers cycle automatically, producing Dry air continuously. Heat Reactivated dryers are used when one needs compressed air of very low Dew point of (-)60 C or (-)80 C. Molecular sieves is used for achieving very low Dew point. Our HOC Dryers deliver very dry air with dew point as low as (-) 65 C. This design needs no electric power for desiccant regeneration. 29
