1 Services Overview PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS LAUNCH LEARNING PACKAGE For organizations with limited internal resources that would like to take the initial steps to organize their CPE offerings. Conduct an analysis of the organization s vision and desired goals. Lead a half-day on-site strategy session with the designated key stakeholders. Provide a detailed plan containing a proposed learning plan for the next 12 months. Additional a-la-carte advisory services: quarterly check-ins recommended. GROW & DEVELOP PACKAGE For organizations that have the desire to go beyond offering basic CPE and want to build a more robust integrated foundation to solidify their learning strategy. Conduct an analysis of the organization s vision and desired goals. Lead a 1-day on-site strategy session with the designated key stakeholders. Provide a detailed plan containing a proposed learning model based on the company s choice of foundation (e.g. values, skills, or competencies). Propose an integration with the organization s performance model, if available. Additional a-la-carte advisory services: implementation check-in calls every six to eight weeks. UNIVERSITY STARTER PACKAGE For organizations that are considering a long-term implementation of a scalable learning and development infrastructure that can be integrated with other aspects of their people development strategy. Conduct an assessment of current state and desired outcomes. Lead a 2-day on-site strategy session with the designated stakeholders of the company s choice to build on an existing learning model. Propose an integration with the organization s performance model, if available. Create and submit written 3-month; 6-month; and 12-month plans of action with the initial steps to launch an internal training program.
