6 Continuing Education Credit Participants in the Elevation Series are eligible to receive up to two Continuing Education Credits for each session they attend. Sponsor participation typically takes place in the following form: Pre-Call We introduce you to the branch manager or senior leadership of the complex. As a group we discuss the upcoming presentation and how to make it most valuable for their financial advisors. In-Session Introduction You have a minute speaking slot at the beginning of the training to showcase your organization. In-Session Conclusion At the end of the session, the Altius Learning instructor reiterates the value your firm provides to financial advisors and positions you to engage with them on a one-on-one basis. Post-Training Information We provide an attendee list from the session so you can follow up with each participant individually. Follow-Up Support We ask the branch manager to support you by making introductions to top-producing financial advisors, who otherwise might be inaccessible. It provides another sponsorship opportunity for wholesalers to deepen their relationship with advisors. Group coaching is available as two different options. In our one-year program, groups of five to seven advisors have monthly interaction with an Altius Learning coach who prescribes specific tactics and holds the advisors accountable for implementation. In our mini-series offering, we cover a specific topic for financial advisors in a series of sessions lasting one to three months. Wholesalers participate in the coaching calls and are positioned as an invaluable resource in helping advisors build their practice.
