1 COOPERATION OFFER rigid polyurethane foam insulation We are pleased to introduce an efficient way to hydro- and thermal insulation of roofs, ceilings, attics, walls, floors, warehouses, basements, foundations etc. by spraying the rigid polyurethane foam the best of currently known insulation materials. Spraying PUR foam provides to create a monolithic coat, without joints and welds elimination of thermal bridges. Water vapor transmission provides breathability of walls. The foam layer is very durable you can walk on it (density 60 kg/m ³, compressive strength >450kPa).

2 Water vapour permeability of PUR foam enables "breathability" of walls and ceilings it has a major impact on health of occupants and condition of the building. Diffusion properties of the PUR foam provide breathing of roofs and drying trapped moisture. The foam is prepared on the spot by spraying the mix of two liquid polyurethane components in the proper proportions. They are dispensed using a special high-pressure unit on a prepared surface. Foam expands 40 times and gets rigid within a few seconds, permanently bonds to the ground. In places exposed to the sun, we use special reflective layer to protect the foam from UV radiation. Coverage with the presented technology does not require any additional protection from rain, snow, frost, steam, wind, etc. PUR foam growth process Table 1. 3 Due to the fact that PUR foam is both: the insulation coat and the roof cover, spraying polyurethane foam is particularly useful for thermal renovations of roofs and attics of buildings and warehouses. PUR foam can be sprayed on the existing old covers e.g. tar paper, fibre cement do not have to worry about dismantling, removal, transportation and disposal of waste. Warehouse, Kraków Protection of ventilation duct Due to excellent adherence of PUR foam, it can be applied on almost any surface: asphalt roofing, corrugated or flat, corrugated asbestos cement, concrete, wood, etc. PUR foam coverage eliminates the thermal bridges, which prevents the roof from freezing. Rigid PUR foam layer has also hydro insulation properties. 4 PUR foam spraying allows to provide watertight drainage tabs, tight connections in areas going through the roof vent, proper sealing of mount-place of antenna masts (fig. 2). The advantage of this technology is possibility to regenerate large areas in very short period of time (up to 100 sq. in one day). This reduces the realization time by up to 80% and significantly reduces capital expenditures and environmental nuisances. For spraying PUR foam, we use the most modern technology and the best equipment to foaming the polyurethane.
