4 PROGRAM DETAILS COURSES: Strategic Supply Chain Management Sourcing Management Manufacturing, Planning & Control Materials Management Logistics & Distribution Management Supply Chain Project (Project work) CLASSES: Every Friday 9:30 am to 12:30 pm 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm DURATION: Six Months (Three Semesters) Registration valid for 12 months FEES: Application form: BDT 500 Registration: BDT 15,000 Per Semester Tuition: BDT 20,000 AWARDING OF PGDSCM: To be successfully awarded PGDSCM, a student need to achieve a minimum of 70% on average for all the courses with no less than 60% in any individual course PGDSCM Certificate will be awarded by ISCEA, USA

5 ADMISSION PROCESS & REQUIREMENTS ELIGIBILITY: Graduates in any discipline from recognized Universities and Colleges. No age bar. ADMISSION: Students may walk into ISCEA Bangladesh or UIU office (follow the address of Mind Mapper Bangladesh & UIU) with completed application form, registration fees and all other required documents. Students can also send forms by post (follow the address of Mind Mapper Bangladesh) along with the required documents as per check list mentioned on the enrolment form and a response envelop. REQUIREMENTS: Copy of Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate, Mark Sheets of all years of graduation duly attested by a first class gazette officer or by Notary Public. Two copies of recent passport size color photographs Non-refundable Registration Fee to be submitted along with the application form by account payee cheque or by pay order drawn in favor of Mind Mapper Bangladesh.
