4 Document Status: Page: 4 of 9 2 Introduction This temperature mapping service is designed to determine the temperature profile of facilities where temperature sensitive products are held. The temperature mapping protocol details the main components included in Biomaps approach to the mapping exercise. 3 Temperature Mapping Detail Project Code Company & Location Facility Type Warehouse Season Data Logger Type Accuracy MP-IN-D-8-L ±0.3ºC from -10ºC to +70ºC (MP-IN-D-8-L) Number of Data Loggers Total Data Loggers Used: 76 Warehouse 74 Internal, 2 External Logger Positions The individual loggers will be numbered and uniquely identifiable by their serial number. Loggers will be placed at 2 heights (Top & Bottom) on the personnel pick racking & 3 heights (Top, Middle & Bottom) on pallet racking. The upper most heights (where possible) will be at the highest point that the goods are stored. External Loggers will be placed outside of the facility to record the external temperatures during the course of the mapping. All logger positions are shown on the attached floor plan within this protocol.
