3 SECTION II: OBJECT II.1) SCOPE OF THE PROCUREMENT II.1.1) Title Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Simulation and Training system (CBRN STS) Reference number: II.1.2) CPV code(s) Main code: ITdiensten: adviezen, softwareontwikkeling, internet en ondersteuning Supplementary code: II.1.3) Type of contract Supplies II.1.4) Short description The Contracting Authority invites Candidates to submit a Candidature for: the delivery and RFT of a CBRNSimulation and Trainings System (CBRNSTS) and operational availability for fifteen years. The CBRNSTS will be used to support training and exercises for both military and civil personnel in the procedures when dealing with CBRN incidents, threats and disasters. The CBRNSTS is to be the instrumentation of the CBRN National Training Centre (CBRN NTC) on the Brederokazerne in Vught, the Netherlands. It shall allow the CBRNNTC training staff to plan, execute and evaluate training and exercises for both military and civil CBRN first responders.
