OUTPERFORMING THE EXISTING MODELS TURN KEY MODEL: Retailers outsource buying of store materials (FF&E) to a general contractor or other external parties - One stop shop, one invoice - Outsourcing risk & resources - Nontransparent fees & mark-up structure - High margins charged to cover risk & generate profit - Inflexible on GC selection CALIBER SOLUTION: Caliber pays the suppliers and sends one consolidated invoice per store to the retailer, franchisee or dealer. With all parties connected on one system, Caliber works with a fully transparent, lower mark up while the retailer gains full flexibility on GC selection, improving brand & concept consistency while leveraging total product volumes for optimal price negotiations IN HOUSE MODEL: Retailers that have internal departments managing the buying for all store development materials (FF&E) - Seperate invoices per PO - Insourced risk & resources - No external fees & liable for risks - Flexible on GC selection - No central system, Excel based CALIBER SOLUTION: Caliber electronically provides three-way match data for PO payments and sends one asset management overview per project. Caliber s logistics solution is charged on an open book basis. The retailer still has no hidden fees or mark-ups but now benefits from a technology driven part-outsourced model delivering increased resource capacity, full control and cost-efficiency

OUR GUARANTEES Reduction overall spend & project lead-time Open book, no hidden fees, full transparency 30% Efficiency improvement for your project managers Nothing stuck in customs, no demurrage, no missing items Meaningful supplier performance improvements Real-time track & trace; for shipments and for parts & items Effective solution for company-owned, franchisees, licensees and/or dealers

OUR PEOPLE DRIVE YOUR RESULTS

NEW STORES Bloomin Brands Inc. THE CHALLENGE: Bloomin Brands Inc. (BBI) operates several casual dining brands totaling approx. 1,500 restaurants in 48 US states and across 23 countries. BBI suffered from an inefficient and unreliable store development supply chain with high damage rates. BBI were also looking to make their resource costs variable SOLUTION: The mainly Excel-based dataset was uploaded in the MyCaliber IT-platform, creating a solid master data foundation that enabled us to streamline the supply chain and create end-to-end visibility & control on each and every PO RESULTS: Damage rates reduced by just under 20% while efficiency per BBI project manager increased by more than 30%. Overall supplier performance improved substantially. The process of optimizing the supply chain helped strengthen the cooperation between the purchasing and design departments Since engaging with Caliber, Bloomin Brands has completely re-structured the sourcing, procurement and logistics process for our new restaurant and remodel programs. As a result we are executing our store development with unprecedented visibility to cost, schedule and performance. Despite making these great improvements the Caliber team never stops seeking improvement! Everet Simmons, Manager Global Logistics & Distribution, Bloomin Brands International

REMODELS / ROLL-OUTS LBrands: Victoria s Secret, PINK, La Senza, Bath & Bodyworks THE CHALLENGE: Perform a large USA & Canada roll out. Overnight delivery of 30,000 items from four suppliers to 472 different stores to be completed within five weeks, including white glove delivery to each location SOLUTION: Within our network we assigned 119 Consolidation Centers situated close to the stores. We built a cost- (open book) and time efficient shipping plan, uploaded everything onto the MyCaliber system after which we executed final mile deliveries to all stores RESULTS: In only fifteen nights we were able to upgrade 472 PINK stores without any lost sales. None of the store renovations got cancelled or postponed. At LBrands, this project went into history as their biggest, most complicated but best executed roll out ever Caliber Global has revolutionized the global store development supply chain for Lbrands by driving out costs, eliminating inventories and removing inefficiencies while giving us full visibility and crontrol. A true long-term partnership with great people, highly effective systems and tremendous capabilities Dave Delaney, VP Logistics, Limited Brands

SHOP-IN-SHOP FISKARS THE CHALLENGE: Iittala - a Finnish designer brand specializing in design objects, tableware and cookware - was looking for experts to help reduce shop-in-shop delivery and installation time and costs, helping them to expand more rapidly and efficiently SOLUTION: New and existing Iittala suppliers were linked to Caliber s ordering system, giving them access to up-to-date information on pricing and stock availability. Caliber s systems provided a direct link for forecasting and demand planning, limiting the risk of dead stock and improving delivery and installation performance RESULTS: Caliber s webshop and real-time track and trace capability enabled a fast and reliable execution of new shop-in-shops. littala realized significant reductions on their overall order to installation lead-times, capex and logistics costs

POP-UP STORES UNILEVER - Happiness Stations THE CHALLENGE: Unilever was in need of a solution to produce, install, return and temporarily store their seasonal pop-up stores called Happiness Stations SOLUTION: From Caliber s supplier database, Unilever selected suppliers and GC s to produce, install and return the stations. The individual parts/components for each station were uploaded onto the MyCaliber IT-platform for easy identification. In our local warehouses the unit segments were identified, barcoded, registered and reconditioned for installation at next location RESULTS: The pop-up stores were placed at high traffic locations like shopping malls and airports for five to six months. Caliber facilitated the entire supply chain from construction to disassembly, storage and transportation, creating a fully controlled asset management cycle while staying flexible on location and timing for placements and removals
