AGREEMENT Memorandum of Undertanding for China-Finland Science & Technology Innovation Cooperation between the Department of International Cooperation of the Minitry of Science and Technology of the People Republic of China, and Buine Finland (formerly Teke, the Finnih Funding Agency for Innovation) of the Republic of Finland II. Key focue including: Equipment tate feature information acquiition technologie, and big data feature extraction technologie; Efficiency optimization for production line baed on intelligent algorithm, and development of online optimization and analyi ytem for production efficiency; Energy conumption model of intelligent equipment, uch a machine tool and robotic, optimization technologie for integrated energy management for intelligent factory, development of energy management and optimization ytem; Real-time online preciion optimization technologie for machining equipment, and online compenation technologie, enabled by big data analyi; Product quality prediction technologie, baed on equipment operation monitoring, and development of product quality prediction ytem. 2. Data gathering, analytic, imulation, prediction and optimization technologie and big data olution for manufactured product ue phae follow up. Network information interaction and ervice for new energy vehicle Key focue including: Development of integrated vehicle terminal, featuring 5G connectivity, Beidou high-preciion navigation, vehicle network perception, ervice and alert; Technologie and tandard for information exchange, ecurity, optimization and coordination between multiple terminal and cloud; Identification and early warning of driving behavior, vehicle monitoring and energy conumption optimization, integrated evaluation method for afety/ecological driving; Diagnoi ytem combining local and cloud data; Analyi and ervice platform of big data for new energy vehicle. 2. Application of new energy vehicle networking in multi-domain Key focue including:

5 Information fuion, feature extraction, and analyi technologie of heterogeneou data from multi-domain and multi-ource for new energy vehicle; Credible information interaction mechanim for the cooperative operation of new energy vehicle in multi-domain and multi-application-mode; Car-car coupling mechanim and optimization of coordinated operation of traffic ytem, in the cae of mixed traffic with connected and non-connected vehicle; Active and dynamic regulation of congeted area, cooperative optimization of traffic organization; Developing networked management and control platform of multi-mode urban traffic 3. Application of Mobility a a Service concept Key focue including: Solution for etablihing application for connecting unimodal ytem for multimodal one Solution focuing on conumer centric application for providing mooth and eamle tranportation experience uing multiple different tranportation method Solution helping to reduce congetion in big citie with intelligent / AI ytem proving true aving in energy, emiion and conumed time III. NUMBER OF PROJECTS TO BE FUND Around 10 project. IV. FUNDING AVAILABLE MoST i to provide in total 20M RMB for Chinee conortium partner. Company partner in a project are required to provide at leat the ame amount of funding to that of MoST grant. Buine Finland provide funding for Finnih companie only. Buine Finland funding i not fixed and depend on the number of qualified application. Normal Buine Finland funding principle are applied: Maximum funding percentage of the project cot for SME i generally 50 % grant or 70 % loan and for large companie 40 % grant or 50 % loan depending on the type of project. Project cot are not limited, but

6 mut be in line with the reource and target of the company. Typically project range from 100 k to 1 M. For more information, ee V. OTHER REQUIREMENTS 1) Project conortia mut include at leat one Finnih company and one Chinee partner. 2) Thi call encourage academia-indutry cooperation. Buine Finland only accept application from companie operating in Finland. Reearch organization and academia may act a ubcontractor. 3) Thi call encourage enterprie to participate, epecially joint application by multiple companie and reearch intitute; 4) China/Finland partner are aked to collaborate on the bai of complementarity, equality and mutual benefit. Both ide hould have balanced input and work package in a project; 5) China/Finland partner need to have a clear IPR agreement ready before applying; 6) In principle, the implementation period of the project hall not exceed 3 year. Peronnel exchange are encouraged within a project; 7) Chinee partner need to ubmit their application to MoST and Finnih companie to Buine Finland. Application ubmitted only to one ide are not regarded. Application mut include a joint project plan where the work of each conortium partner i clearly decribed.
