2 Our Company UKRAINA Maritime Agency has been established in Through all these years we have followed the high standards of service and have gained reputation as reliable Company at Ukrainian labor market. Nowadays we co-operate on long-term basis with over dozen Shipowners and Managers from different countries worldwide. Our staff is 22 in number. Personnel has great experience in recruitment and numerous accompanying issues. Safety, Environment, Responsibility and Quality are key elements of our business philosophy. Company's Quality System is assessed in conformity with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000; is in line with requirements of Bureau Veritas and Regulations of Marine Labour Convention. Training, compliance and review for sake of continuous improvement of quality that is the way we follow. We pay proper attention to observance of the standards of manpower selection and keeping watch on its changes and development to stay in line with on-going advancement. Considering the importance to verify language skills of seafarers prior to embarkation, and taking into account specific requirements of our Clients internal policies, we have passed certification at Marlins and got the status of official /approved test center. You may rest assured that our organized teamwork guarantees an efficient working environment both at sea and ashore, which in turn leads to a far superior service to our valued Clients.

3 We have a wide database of seafarers (over 110 thousand) for all types of merchant vessels as well as offshore fleet. Database is enlarged and updated daily with the sole goal to find the right candidate for a vacant position. With utmost care we conduct screening and selection of the seafarers making sure that only professionally, physically and psychologically qualified seafarers are sent to the Principal s vessels. 4 Since 2003 our company has started its activity in recruiting off-shore marine crew. We supply qualified and well trained seafarers for various types of off-shore vessels such as drill ships, rigs, cable/pipe-layers, off-shore supply vessels (AHTS, PSV, DSV, etc.), bunker vessels, tugs, FPSO, as well as for various on-shore projects which are dealing in oil and gas industry. For the time being near 35 % of our specialist have been employed on various off-shore and on-shore projects in different areas of the world. 5 Recognizing the importance of sufficient trainings & education as a basis for selection seamen for Principals we have established close and fruitful relations with the Seafarer's Training and Certifying Center located in Odessa, approved by Det Norske Veritas. It is accredited to teach Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET), Further Offshore Emergency Training (FOET) and HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training) to the standards set by The Oil & Gas Academy (OPITO). The training programs of Training Center appropriate mandatory requirements of the MARPOL & HSE programs and STCW'95 based on the IMO model courses.
