1 Buildings: Ca 40 % of energy support Ca 50 % of CO2 emissions

2 Passive houses: The fresh support air may be heated. You can withdraw radiators or floor heating 10 W per squaremeter for heating / cooling power Energy: ca 15 kwh per squaremeter / year

33 Important that every actor ownes the aim TOGETHER WE HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE AND WHEN EVERYBODY OWNES THE AIM WE ACHIEVE THE GOALS. 33

34 OUR COMMON GOALS IN THE PLACE OF WORK Brogården Etap 1 1. Working climate We will have a good working climate in the building. We achieve it through communication, information and respect each others persons and craftmanship. 2. Clean building We will have a clean building, with good dustfree indoor climate where it is easy to get rid of and assort restproducts into right fractions both in the building and the building office. 3. Working environment We will have a good structure in the premises with handling materials, storages, tool containers and security against stealing. 4. Planning We will have a good planning in the working place. We achieve this with good support of materials, deliverances just in time, correct plansupport and in right time. 34
