Zinfra Group offers cost competitive, end-to-end infrastructure solutions, from engineering and design, project management, civil works and construction through to operations and maintenance services. We provide complete integrated solutions or parts thereof, depending on our clients needs. We manage small through to large complex projects, from urban to regional locations. Engineering and Design Our in-house Engineering and Design team has diverse experience across electrical, mechanical, civil, structural and utility engineering streams, and provides services to our internal projects and external clients. Our capability is based on extensive operational and delivery experience gained in the utility and infrastructure markets spanning many decades. The Engineering and Design team provides their specialist services for all stages of a project from Front End Engineering Design (FEED), conceptual design, planning, detailed design through to commissioning. This capability combined with project management know-how allows us to deliver cost effective maintenance and capital work programs for our clients. Construction With extensive experience in many and varied projects, Zinfra Group provides construction and installation services for all project types and sizes, from greenfield and brownfield utility infrastructure construction projects to our long term maintenance and operations contracts in the utilities and infrastructure markets. Our Engineering and Design team generates best practice designs that lead into the construction/installation phase, and our experienced project managers work closely with our clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and on budget. Where required, our services include all associated civil and building works, such as road and tunnel construction, land subdivision and bulk earthworks. Operations Having emerged from an asset owner, Zinfra Group offers proven operational systems and processes in asset servicing. Our ZNX Network Services division is the long term partner to clients including United Energy, Mutlinet Gas, Jemena and ActewAGL, for their comprehensive utility network operational and management requirements. We take full operational responsibility for our clients assets, including planning, designing, testing, programming, managing and delivering services, supported by our highly experienced teams of industry professionals to deliver whole-of-life (WOL) management and operations responsibility. Our 24/7 Emergency Response capability also provides emergency monitoring during project construction, continuing through to customised plant and facility operation. We have proven systems, protocols and work structures across all disciplines that enable us to service assets to industry best practice. Maintenance We provide for all aspects of planned (scheduled or preventative) and corrective asset maintenance. This involves scheduling, dispatch, traffic control and community relations. We offer specialised skills in repair and maintenance work minimising shutdowns, service interruptions, leaks or excessive costs. Our maintenance programs and asset management systems lie at the heart of our expertise and underpin our methodology. This combines with our ownership heritage to provide a compelling proposition for asset owners. 4

BUILDING REPUTATIONS Mike Stokes Renewals and Backlog Program Manager South East Water The Zinfra team working on South East Water s sewerage program on the Mornington Peninsula has been excellent. Together we are on track to successfully deliver 135km of our 230km sewerage services project to 16,500 properties in 18 months. This is one of Australia s largest projects of this type to be completed in such an accelerated timeframe. Working with Zinfra has made delivery of this project easy. The members of the team have remained consistent for the project, making relationships effortless to manage, and they bring extensive experience with large scale, fast-moving pipeline projects to the table. 5

6 Sector Expertise. Gas The Zinfra team boasts unparalleled expertise working with gas transmission and distribution assets. We have worked on over 2,000km of gas transmission pipelines and associated facilities across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania, and on distribution systems totalling 30,000kms of gas mains servicing around 1.9 million customer connections. Project: Client: Angaston Compressor Station Construction APA Group Project Details: Zinfra was awarded a contract to install a new gas compressor at the existing Angaston Compressor Station site in South Australia by APA Group, on behalf of Australian Gas Networks Limited. A hallmark of this high-profile project was the tight delivery timeframe. Zinfra was required to pull out all stops to meet stakeholder expectations. Design challenges meant constant innovative thinking and problemsolving were required to deliver the project successfully on time, to a high quality and with an excellent safety record. The works included: Installation of the new 600 kw horizontal two-stage reciprocating compressor Associated piping, auxiliary equipment and facilities, including cooler unit backup generator control room, and maintenance workshop. An upgrade to the site power supply Modification of the existing SCADA and controls system Pipe work installation Earthworks and civil foundations required for the installation and operation of the new facilities. Power We have extensive experience constructing, operating and maintaining large-scale power distribution and transmission networks. We provide a comprehensive overhead and underground distribution network capability as well as expertise in the engineering, procurement and construction of transmission lines up to 500kV. The Zinfra team also brings a breadth of experience in design, project management, construction, operation and maintenance of zone substations, transmission terminal stations and power station switchyards. Project: Client: Mount Bellenden Kerr Transmission Line Refurbishment Broadcast Australia Project Details: Wet tropical conditions, rugged terrain, no road access and working within a World Heritage Listed area meant this project was loaded with logistical challenges. Zinfra took up the challenge and delivered this labour intensive project, to inspect and refurbish Broadcast Australia s 22kV overhead network, with an excellent safety and environmental record. The works included: Structural inspection and refurbishment of 22kV towers Re-conductoring of existing overhead structures which required supply, installation and testing of new overhead conductors, surge arrestors and insulators, as well as a new earthing system for each structural tower Underground HV cable testing and replacement High voltage switching. 6

Project: Client: Peninsula ECO South East Water Project Details: This project is one of Australia s largest pressure sewer construction projects, to replace ageing septic systems. The project work covers the areas of Portsea, Sorrento and St Andrews Beach on the Mornington Peninsula, in Victoria. The works included: Using horizontal directional drilling assets and capabilities, ensuring minimal environmental and residential impact Recording pipe locations using state of the art DigiTrak F5 equipment installing approximately 80km of mm poly pipe Installing man holes, valves, flushing points, connections to existing live sewer and dosing units. Telco We also offer broadband infrastructure solutions for existing assets and for new property developers. Our telecommunication infrastructure capabilities range from broadband infrastructure design, underground fibre laying and aerial fibre stringing through to testing, commissioning and hand over. Project: Client: Blacktown Fibre Servicing Area Module (FSAM) NBN Co Project Details: Connection of 1,200 fibre to the home (FTTH) network in Blacktown NSW which required working on nature strips while managing public, traffic and residents. The works included: 232 km of fibre hauling, termination, splicing and testing 12.6km of directional drilling and conduit installation 8km of open trenching and conduit installation Multiple installation and upgrade of pits Final restorations 7
