PROJECT OF PRODUCTION OF ORGANOSILICON OLIGOMERS (OLIGOSILSESQUIOXANES)

OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT Creation of production of high-tech products (organosilicon oligomers) to meet the demand of industrial enterprises and obtain maximum profit. APPLICATION AREA Based on our experience, we can argue that this project is necessary : aircraft building concern machine-building (shipbuilding) holding large manufacturer of paint and varnish chemical products for various purposes

ADVANTAGES OF OWN PRODUCTION high profit new markets (use of organosilicon oligomers is huge, but restrained only by the lack of necessary knowledge and skills of consumers) Reduction of the cost price of the final product in the system of a large enterprise Obtaining new knowledge and reducing dependence on external (foreign) suppliers Organization of new jobs for highly qualified personnel

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Organosilicone resins are polymers of branched, partially cross-linked and cyclic structures containing OH groups at silicon atoms. When curing the resins, a spatial structure is formed due to the appearance of new Si-O-Si bonds as a result of further condensation of the residual OH groups, as well as partial detachment and oxidation of organic radicals. Organosilicone resins combine high elasticity and thermoplasticity with increased mechanical strength. The resins containing Si-NH-Si bonds in the main chain have high hardness and good dielectric characteristics, which are not very temperature dependent. Dissolved in organic solvents (toluene, butanol, xylene, etc.) organosilicone resins are used for the manufacture of varnishes, enamels, compounds. As a result of the mixing of resins with glass fiber or asbestos, silicone press materials are obtained. We have developed a new method for the preparation of oligoorganosilsesquioxanes, which, in comparison with traditional methods of synthesis, makes it possible to increase the yield of the target product, simplify the hardware design of processes, significantly reduce labor and energy inputs, and reduce the number of harmful emissions requiring capture and purification.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Production of oligomers of the following grades: K-401, K-403, K-405, K-406, as well as composite materials and lacquers based on them, was mastered on an industrial scale in pilot plants. In turn, based on our oligomers, we produce: resins K-9, K-10, K-2105, K-101, , active diluents K-9-0, K Organosilicone resins K-9, K-10, K-2105, K-101, , active diluents K- 9-0, K-101-0, were designed to be used as the basis for a whole series of heat-resistant materials. Materials are used in high-tech industries as glues, impregnating compounds, for the production of special filled plastics and prepregs. Examples include K-9-70 binder for production of heat-resistant radiotransparent glass-reinforced plastics, KO-039 lacquer for GRP, silicone press materials of PKO series, heat-resistant vacuum-tight glues / compounds VK-2, VK-9, K-300, K- 400, VT-200 and much more.
