3 INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS SIWAN Conference Series: Based on the success of the first seven symposia, we decided to organize the eighth event again in Szeged, Hungary. For tailor made options (extra services, special size exhibition space, etc.) please contact siwan@akcongress.com EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FEE The exhibition fee includes up to two full passes (access to scientific sessions, congress bag, lunch and refreshments per day and ticket to the welcome reception). APPLICATION DEADLINE Deadline for application is 1 September, MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT Move-in 7 October, :00 17:00 Exhibitors are required to register at the registration desk. Exhibitors should finish any display installation by 15:00. No Exhibitor is allowed to transport or install show equipment after this time. No display allowed being dismantled or removed during the entire run of the Event. Move-out 10 October, :00 17:00 No Exhibitor is allowed to transport or install show equipment before 13:00.
