As a member of Lantmännen, you have several roles both as a business partner and as an owner. Lantmännen has its roots in the local farmers associations of the late 1800s, and consists of 20 member districts.

23 Key learings Culture and attitude eats strategy for breakfast Talents wants to buy into something bigger than company targets Visions, missions, environmental objectives, etc. All changes starts with people! Bring the talented key resources onboard on day 1! Many times changes are decided in top-management level without aligning it with key resources Managers dreams big! Talents makes it happen! Everybody needs to understand WHY Why should we change why will we be a better company? Why should I put in more effort than normally? What's in it for me?

24 Key learings: 4 of my favorite management tools in relation to talents 1. Find the talents with good behavior 2. Give them a Purpose by the good communication 3. Make them focus on the things they control 4. How you think, feel, and act => impacts the results
