1 12 March 2018 Dear Interested and Affected Party/Landowner/Land Occupier, NOTIFICATION REGARDING THE WRE VENTERSBURG CONSOLIDATED PROSPECTING RIGHT PROJECT AVAILABILITY OF BASIC ASSESSMENT REPORT AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME REPORT FOR PERUSAL AND COMMENT AND DETAILS OF OPEN DAY Please be informed that the Basic Assessment Report and Environmental Management Programme Report (BAR and EMPR) for the WRE Ventersburg Consolidated Prospecting Right Project will be available for a period of 30 days from the 13 th March 2018 until the 16 th April 2018, for the perusal and comment of all Interested and Affected Parties. A hard copy of the report is available at the following public venue: Venue Address Contact Details OVK (Oos Vrystaat Kaap Koöperasie) 25 Voortrekker Street, Ventersburg A copy of the report will also be obtainable from Shango Solutions website ( from the 13 th March In order to present the findings of the Basic Assessment process to the public and to solicit comments on the report, an Open Day will be held. The schedule for the Open Day is as follows: Date Time Venue Contact Details OVK Conference Room 6 April H00 to 17H00 25 Voortrekker Street, Ventersburg All input from the public with regards to the (BAR and EMPR) will be incorporated into the revised report that will be submitted to the Competent Authority (The Department of Mineral Resources - DMR), for their decision making.
