4 1. PURPOSE To provide an external channel to movement information from a variety of logistics service provider of Hanjin shipping. 2. TRUCK 2.1. Feeder Actual Schedule Outline To update movement the actual arrival time and actual departure time of the feeder vessel at the terminal by feeder vendor. 8/13

9 Actual Schedule Update 1 Calling Terminal : Select terminal where the feeder vessel called. 2 VVD : Input Vessel Voyage Direction. It must be 9 letters long. 3 Calling : Select a sequence of calling at the terminal for the same voyage. 4 Estimated : Estimated arrival time and estimated departure time which retrieved from system. 5 Actual : Actual arrival time and actual departure time which needs updates. 6 SAVE : Submit the actual schedule information updated. Pop-up message will instruct you if it was not successfully saved. 6. Barge 6.1. It must be 9 letters long. 3 Calling : Select a sequence of calling at the terminal for the same voyage. 4 Estimated : Estimated arrival time, berthing time, departure time which retrieved from system. 5 Actual : Actual arrival time, berthing time and departure time which needs updates. 6 SAVE : Submit the actual schedule information updated. Pop-up message will instruct you if it was not successfully saved. 12/13

Error : Future date/time cannot be entered.t Error : Event date/time must be within 7 days. Error : Invalid VVD with selected yard Error : System Error (DB Insert failed) The VVD is unavailable for actual schedule update. No Data Found The movement status has been successfully updated. The container no is not available, or the current status of the container no cannot be updated for the status selected. The event date to be updated is beyond coming 3 days from access date. The event date to be updated is beyond 7 days late from access date. VVD to be updated is not valid at the yard selected. Exceptional error occurs. Generally, SQL error occurs for the input date. Estimated date is future date, or is beyond 7 days late from access date. The VVD was not found for the port selected. 13/13
