Around 220 specialists from fields such as mechanical engineering, software programming and camera inspection technology create discerning solutions for fully-automated assembly technology or even complete production lines which until recently had been dedicated to Lumberg s own volume production of connectors only. Lutronic now shares these decades of experience with you with a range that comprises spiral and linear vibratory feeders, centrifugal feeders and bulk hopper conveyors as well as reel decoilers and the relevant belt conveyors for transporting components. Precision and speed define the focal point here. 3

Our promise to you: All components used are itemized in detail in our documentation. All feeding systems are fully documented. If a system needs servicing, all it takes is your project number for us to reproduce, for example, wear parts at short notice at our new CNC center. All installed parts carry an internal component number which allows our global support team to identify every single item. At your request, system acceptance can be performed here with us or directly at your location. Either way, you will be given a full 2D or 3D data package which includes the CE acceptance certificate and safety calculation. 5
