6 orksoft Asset Management Platform The orksoft Asset Management Platform is the heart of the solution and has been designed for the implementation of the ISO standard. The platform is the basement of the solution (User Interface, webserver, database and transversal features), the infrastructure allows the description of the organization via three main entry points: The Asset Register, The Resource Register, The Work Management, The global architecture of the solution encompasses the platform and a set of risk assessment modules embedded on demand: Multisite with a consolidated view for Head Quarters, Multi user without limitation, Multi lingual: English, French, Spanish, Chinese, (other languages on demand), Multi Units of Measurement: International System, Imperial, United States customary, Fully customizable risk assessment modules, Easy connection with DCS and other software, A risk assessment may be built on any object registered in the system. 8 orksoft HSE & Integrity Management Management of anomalies Anomalies and incidents are recorded and the criticality of each threat is assessed using a risk matrix positioning the probability of occurrence and the consequence of failure. Risk Register s entries are organized in four groups: Audit, Downgraded Situation, Integrity Threat, Major Risk Scenario. The orksoft HSE & Integrity Management considers the following seven consequence domains: module associated to the Risk Register Personal safety (Human), Impact on Safety Critical Elements (SCE), Environment (spill), Production / Financial impact, Loss of containment / Mechanical Integrity, Company reputation / Media, Compliance with regulations, rules and standards.

9 For each Risk Register entry (Audit, Downgraded Situation, Integrity Threat, Major Risk Scenario), orksoft enables users to: Register the risk source, assets or resources concerned as well as the consequence, Assess the risk (Initial, Current, Target) and place it in a consequence/likelihood matrix, Define action plans (schedule, budget) to reduce the risk. Integrity Dashboard Display of the risk levels for each entry (initial, current and target situations). Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) orksoft presents KRIs as a time-based histogram of each Risk Register entry. HSECES Management HSECES identified during a Bow Tie assessment can be flagged in orksoft to focus on the integrity of the most important equipment systems. Integrity Operating Windows Management is based on an approach proposed by the American Petroleum Institute (API) recommended practice 584. A central repository enabling recording and follow up of identified integrity threats affecting assets integrity until resolution.

10 orksoft RBI Pressure System For Pressure Systems (Pressure Vessels and Piping) the risk assessment is based on the American Petroleum Institute recommended practice 581 version 2016 quantitative approach. The Risk Based Inspection (RBI) assessment is performed for each component of an equipment. Preliminary data gathering from: Equipment design, Operating conditions, Fluid description. An innovative expert system linked to a powerful decision aid. The most user-friendly 3 steps implementation of the RBI quantitative approach. Inheritance of information from the design of the equipment, Multiple units of measurement (International System, Imperial ). The 3 steps of the RBI methodology fully implemented: The Damage assessment step automatically walks through more than 60 potential Damages (8 damage families) automatically triggered by design, process conditions and fluid, The Risk assessment feature calculates the Probability and Consequence Of Failure (POF and COF). The consequence of a loss of containment is expressed as an affected impact area (in square meters) or in financial terms (in Dollars),

11 An Inspection Strategy is built based on the potential damages identified and the Risk assessment. Because Risk is a function of time, orksoft displays the trend of the risk based on the defined inspection strategy that can be automatically generated based on the risk target defined by the user. The inspection strategy is then declined automatically into a Written Scheme of Examination (WSE) that may be modified in the work management features. A Written Scheme of Examination (WSE) can be created automatically by orksoft with 2 options: Immediate use, Postponed use. orksoft also provides an audit of the calculation in a total transparency as the complete algorithm is displayed in the context. This unique feature is standard and available for every assessment modules. A consolidated risk matrix is available as well as various reports, exports and a 3D viewer.

14 orksoft RBI Pipeline orksoft RBI Pipeline is dedicated to linear assets. It is a flexible approach which can be customized for different standards such as API, ASME, DNV-RP-F116 and other industry standards. orksoft RBI Pipeline allows to put in place a straightforward methodology that can be used for modelling the qualitative threat assessment of pipelines and to define the integrity policy regarding the prioritization of corrective actions, mitigation and the planning of inspections. The methodology used to assess the risk related to a pipeline is defined by the user without any limitation: Threat and attribute, Matrix (probability, consequence, size, colour), Inspection, Mitigation. The attribute associated to a threat is defined with a related score. The response per kilometre is specified. The Segmentation per kilometre is automatically done by orksoft based on the risk assessment and created in the asset register. The segmentation is displayed in a matrix for a linear asset. The risk matrix is defined by the software user (size and colour).

15 Definition of inspection types allows the software to determine the inspection strategy. 2D viewer feature can be used in association with a potential existing GIS, in order to display the result of the risk assessment on a map.

16 orksoft RCM All the applications of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodology implemented in orksoft RCM follow the international standards, specifically: SAE JA1011, Evaluation Criteria for RCM Processes, SAE JA1012, A Guide to the RCM Standard, MIL STD 2173 and NAVAIR (American Standard), British Royal Navy NES45 (British Standard), IEC (European IEC Standard). The user remains free to define his own methodology to assess the risk without any limitation: Consequence, Likelihood, Risk level, Risk matrix. In addition, the software user can define his referential: Degradation rate, Maintenance level, Maintainable unit type.

17 For each Maintainable unit, orksoft allows the risk assessment and proposes a consolidation by using the risk matrix. For each Maintainable unit, the optimization of the maintenance tasks is performed and the benefit of the new planning is clearly identified.
