The event will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the Westin Hotel in Jackson, Mississippi. We have an independent panel of business and community leaders, with diverse backgrounds, that will select the other 25 most influential individuals that are being nominated by the public. We have chosen six individuals of influence that we will honor with Legacy Awards: Bennie Thompson Myrlie Evers-Williams Reuben Anderson Robert Clark Constance Slaughter-Harvey James Meredith
