3 KPIC YUHWA POLYPRO Random Copolymer/Terpolymer Grade KPIC Random Copolymer and Terpolymer are polymerized with ETHYLENE and BUTENE as comonomer in polymerization step in SLURRY process. In order to minimize residual solvent and volatile component, we are producing using upgraded equipments. We are also carrying out the detailed analysis and spec. management to uniform the quality of the final product. KPIC Random Copolymer and Terpolymer grades are excellent in processabilities. Especially, the metallizing grade has the merit of longterm endurance of wetting tension

Metallizing Property Skin (Metallizing Layer) 6. Low Heat Sealing Temp. Skin (Sealing Layer) 7. Retain the Wetting Tension for Long Period

14 Suggestions in case of Processing Metallizing CPP Film 1. In case of processing of general CPP and metallizing CPP film together in an extruder machine, metallizing CPP film must be processed after cleaning the extruder machine completely from finishing process of common CPP film. 2. In case of starting extruder machine after stopping for some time from processing metalizing CPP film, It is necessary to clean the extruder machine completely. 3. There must be no material that blooms easily from resin and MP, which are added in order to make up properties of film. 4. In order to increase the heat sealing strength, the sealing layer must be more than 20 of total film thickness 5. In order to increase metallizing property, the metallizing layer must be more than 20 of total film thickness
