7 TESTIMONIALS Flexible and distinctive Patrick van Merode, Hub Manager, Nokia Since SEGRO took ownership of the premises rented by Nokia, communication between Nokia and SEGRO has always been simple and accessible. SEGRO is always willing to contribute to the wish of Nokia concerning the use of the building, as well as any modifications. In this respect, SEGRO is flexible and distinctive. I was also pleasantly surprised by the speed with which SEGRO anticipated on the wish of a possible installation of solar panels. Within a week SEGRO arranged contact with someone specialized on that subject. In the end, other choices were made, but SEGRO has certainly left a positive impression based on their drive and approach. As far as I am concerned, I see a long, fruitful and constructive collaboration between Nokia and SEGRO in the future. Sustainability, quality and reliability are important values Jos Klanderman, Managing Director DOKVAST B.V. We were happy to close another deal with SEGRO this year, following a positive and pleasant transaction in In SEGRO we see an investor with a clear long-term vision. It is clear that sustainability, quality and reliability are important values within the company. It is a privilege to pass an occupied building onto a party such as SEGRO. We know that our customerwill be well taken care of. Former DOKVAST customers often give us positive feedback concerning SEGRO as owner/manager of their facilities. We see that SEGRO is gaining more and more foothold in Europe. By providing good services and acquiring the right sustainable properties, this will continue. The experience and expertise of SEGRO has been of great value to us, it is a remarkable party to do business with. They are technically innovative people who love quality Ivo van der Mark, Managing Director Hercuton B.V. In our joint activities during the construction of SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport, we clearly see that long-term thinking for SEGRO always comes first. That becomes apparent from their choices in materials, the way of building and especially their way of thinking. In addition to development, it is clear that SEGRO will keep the buildings in their portfolio for many years to come. They are technically innovative people who love quality. Our companies have a strong common denominator: we both focus on the future and on excellence. So far, we have seen many good things during the project. But we have also encountered various hurdles. What really makes SEGRO stand out, is that they handle these challenges from a sustainable point of view. Working with SEGRO, we are continuously focused on creating solutions. The way in which we work together makes me very happy. As for the future, I would like to focus on a longterm partnership. We know each other well, and the lines of communication are short.
