4 SPONSORSHIP LEVELS Meal Sponsor $15,000 Only 3 available Some come for the program, others for the networking opportunities, but everyone remembers the food. As a breakfast or lunch sponsor, you'll have prominent signage at the meal and acknowledgement in promotional materials, including the online agenda and printed program. This sponsorship includes a branded 8-seat table in a prime location for you and your guests at our formal Gala Dinner. Session Sponsor $7,500 If you've been chosen to speak on or moderate a panel, you can highlight your organization by sponsoring your session. Session sponsors receive special recognition throughout, including a logo listed on all major conference publications, select promotional materials, and signage including the printed agenda. Logo listed on both the conference homepage and online agenda with a link to your organization s webpage. A branded sign outside the session highlighting your organization. A special slide shown at the session with your logo.

5 SPONSORSHIP LEVELS Social Media Sponsor $7,500 During the Summit, there will be social media stations available to attendees. This sponsorship includes your company name and website listed on the photo frames, and social media backdrop. Logo listed on the conference homepage and online agenda with a link to your organizations webpage. A La Carte/Addons Branded Giveaway Item: $1,500. Create your own high-quality company-branded item and have it distributed to each of the 400+ attendees at registration. Opening Night Reception Sponsor: $10,000 (Exclusive). Welcome attendees the night before the Summit begins at the Conservative Clean Energy Welcome Reception. Gala Dinner Table: $1,500. This sponsorship includes a branded 8-seat table in a prime location for you and your guests. Wi-Fi Sponsor: $7,500 (Exclusive). Sponsor is recognized for providing free Wi-Fi service throughout the conference with branded messaging and the opportunity to create a custom password. Sponsored ad in program book: $2,500 $3,500 (space limited). Place a full-color advertisement in the Program (Full page: $2,500; Two pages: $3,500).
