3 1 About This Document This feature scope description will show you which features, user assistance and services are available for SAP Localization Hub, electronic invoicing service for Brazil (SLH - NF-e). The availability of some of them may depend on your license agreement with SAP. To illustrate integration with other SAP offerings, the product documentation on the SAP Help Portal might include references to features that are not included with SLH - NF-e. Features that are not included in this feature scope description require a separate license. For further information, please contact your Account Executive. 4 2 Introduction SAP Localization Hub, electronic invoicing service for Brazil(SLH - NF-e) enables the communication between your source system and Brazilian tax authorities servers, through the cloud by using APIs or integrated process scenarios to access records in your current database. This feature scope description provides a high-level list of the features that are available with SLH - NF-e. SLH - NF-e landscape is integrated to your source system, connecting it to the cloud while you are executing your tasks, such as issuing an NF-e, cancelling it or post it under contingency, for example. 4 P U B L I C Introduction

5 3 Features for NF-e This section provides you a high-level description of the available features for SAP Localization Hub, electronic invoicing service for Brazil (SLH - NF-e). Note This section shows features specifically to NF-e, if you need to check features for NFS-e, see Features for NFS-e [page 7]. Feature Description Consume APIs Proceed with your business transactions through the following services available: NF-e Authorize NF-e Event NF-e Status Services NF-e Admin NFS-e - Electronic Service Nota Fiscal Connect to Brazilian tax authorities. Use SLH - NF-e to connect your source system with SEFAZ in order to complete your operations using SAP Cloud Platform. Integrate SLH - NF-e with SAP products. Integrate your source system, such as SAP ERP, SAP S/ 4HANA and S/4HANA Cloud. Send operational requests to SEFAZ. Send the following requests in order to proceed with your business transactions: NF-e or NFS-e approval. Cancellation authorization. Electronic Correction Letter (CC-e). Posting electronic fiscal document under contingency mode (SVC). Skipping NF-e number. Download generated documents. Get the status returned from Brazilian tax authorities and cloud services. Use the services available to download the XML and DANFE of your NF-e for different scenarios, such as normal mode, cancellation, CC-e and skipping. Check the status of your electronic fiscal documents operations, according to SEFAZ response. Besides, get the status availability of tax authorities server and cloud services. 6 Feature Description Send generated documents to carrier/receiver. Ensure the security of your operations. Send attached by the related XML or DANFE of your NF-e to the carrier and receiver of your products. Uses your digital certificate to sign your electronic fiscal documents to guarantee the security of your business transactions. Note This section shows features specifically to NFS-e, if you need to check features for NF-e, see Features for NF-e [page 5]. Use SLH - NF-e to connect your source system to the municipal server in order to complete your operations using SAP Cloud Platform. Integrate SLH - NF-e with SAP products. Integrate your source system, such as SAP ERP, SAP S/ 4HANA and S/4HANA Cloud. Send operational requests to municipal tax authorities. Send the following requests in order to proceed with your business transactions: NFS-e approval. Cancel authorization. replace an NFS-e previously issued. Provisional Service Receipt - RPS (Recibo Provisório de Serviços). Download generated documents. Get the status returned from municipal tax authorities and cloud services. Ensure the security of your operations. Use the services available to download the XML of your NFSe. Check the status of your electronic fiscal documents operations, according to municipal tax authorities response.
