6 Some of the comments from 2018 Judges Some great examples of how TA teams can energise the wide business to drive recruitment and (ultimately) business success An amazing year for entries judging was made really hard but it was fascinating to see some of the innovations that are happening in our sector The 2018 entrants definitely raised the bar for those entering into the Awards in 2019 we ll be looking forward to seeing more creativity, some unique approaches and some telling results

7 Evidence Vs Anecdote Emotive prose is fine. To a point. Facts supersede opinion. It s a business plan, rather than a commendation. Support your arguments with detail. Provide references and measurable results wherever possible.
