3 Academic Advisor (Changi-Airport Group CAG) 2011 June Business process modeling and blueprinting of current passenger flow in terminal to identify pin-point - Data analysis of operational data flights status (on-time performance, delay), resource utilization analysis such as gate and check-in counter and report the current KPIs and performance at the airport - Study the profile of passengers at the check-in counter and use the result in simulation of queuing model - Develop decision support system to assist users to better forecast the passenger loads based on historical demand - Develop simulation model to identify the queuing status at check-in counters for a given arrival pattern, service time and number of counters open to anticipate any changes in operations - To determine the optimal number of check-in counters to be opened to meet the service level agreement for passengers and improve the customer experiences at the touch point - Conduct executive training for users to share the methodology of data analysis framework and blueprinting framework using use cases from CAG Senior System Analyst (PSA ) - Project lead for multi-million project to develop decision support system to assign containers to the yard using constraint programming - Gather user requirement, design, develop and implement the yard planning system for the port - Maintain yard planning system for daily operations and responded to users request for ad-hoc report generation - Project lead to integrate yard and gate system for online booking of export containers System Analyst (DBS ) - Maintain remittance and telex system in DBS bank - Day to day support of users operations in remittance department - Foreign exchange IT system development - Merger of POSB and DBS remittance system during M&A - Provide training to users on new message format and doing System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test Page 3
