8 MOTION MOTION I Councillor Needham moved to go out of camera at 7:45 pm. Councillor Sawchuk moved that the Chief Administrative Officer is authorized, for the purposes of carrying on the litigation between the Town of Peace River and Kelly Bunn and his corporation, Avant-Garde Inc., to produce, as evidence in the litigation, internal Town of Peace River communications concerning the negotiation and execution of the contract to appoint Kelly Bunn as Chief Administrative Officer. Councillor Behnke declared an interest and recused herself at 7:46 pm. She did not return to the meeting. MOTION Councillor Sawchuk Moved to go in camera at 7:47 pm.
