6 6 / FAQs FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q What is the delivery lead time? A For stocked items, please allow 2-4 days. For non-stocked items please allow 30 days for curing. Q Do you deliver direct to site? A Yes we do! NZ wide! Q How much does freight cost? A We will quote a fixed price for your job. Q Where can I see a sample? A We can courier samples direct to you! Please narrow down your decision to 2-3 colours first. Q Do you have showhomes or displays? A Yes we have many showhomes NZ wide. Please call for a list of addresses. Q Do you have approved installers? A Yes! Please contact us for an installer in your area. Q What guarantee do you offer? A Lifetime warranty (50 years). Q Will there be colour variation in the brick or mortar? A Yes there will always be some colour variation especially in the mortar due to the many variables eg. moisture, temperature etc. Please also expect more variation in colours such as Ash. Q Will there be scratches on my Rumbled bricks? A Yes there will be scratching/marks on the face of the bricks caused by the rumbling process. This all adds to the weathered, timeless appeal of rumbled edge brick. Some marks will weather away over time. Q Do I need to seal my Premier Bricks? A No, it is not recommended. With the Charcoal colours, you will notice some fading over time and you may choose to acid wash and seal these colours 12 months after installation. This will reduce fading etc. Q How do I obtain a quote for my house? A Please us your house plans for a free quotation. Q How many sizes & colours do you have? A 24 designer colours & 5 stylish sizes. The Estate and Mansion bricks are only available in straight edge, all other brick sizes available in straight edge or rumbled edge. Q Is there an extra cost for rumbled edge bricks? A No! We offer them at the same price to make it simple for you!

7 / FAQs 7 Q Do you supply sand, cement, oxides & brick ties? A Yes we do. We supply white cement, grey cement & all oxides if you require coloured mortar. We also supply top quality mortar sand in bulk 1 tonne bags. Pre-mixed bagged mortar is also available in 30 kg bags. Q Should I use coloured mortar? A The darker brick colours require this. Please see the Premier Brick Manual for more info. For White & Soapstone colours we recommend that you use our white cement in the mortar. For all other colours we recommend natural coloured mortar using our grey cement in the mortar. / HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR BRICKS STEP 1: GO FOR A DRIVE AROUND! Ask for a Premier Brick address list by calling or ing info@ premier-group.co.nz & go for a drive to view the bricks in action! This is by far the best way to choose your bricks as you can see how they work with roof, joinery & driveway colours & styles! They also look great as feature walls inside your home e.g. front door entry, hallway, etc. LAYING PATTERNS STRETCHER BOND This is the classic laying style. STACK BOND This is a more modern style. Bear in mind that this style will cost more to install. STEP BOND This is a new take on the Stretcher Bond style.
