3 SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH TECHNOLOGY PROGRESS Our fully developed CCD technology was applied in our wheat color sorters in 2001, the first of it s kind in China. From that foundation our sorters matured into the advanced and reliable machines they are today. 4 CORE TECHNOLOGY SMC Pneumatics solenoid valves are imported from Japan, frequency:1200hz, lifetime service:5 billion times, near zero error. Familiar color touchscreen control panel incorporates imported components. We use the world s leading high speed linear scanning and imaging sensors(with pixel ranging from ) and high performance optical imaging lens. In order to improve performance, we use cameras which can narrow their field of view during the optical imaging process.

Employing DSP(Digital Signal Processing)+FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array) technology, at the heart of the TRUsort color sorter is a powerful processor offering speed and flexibility to handle large amounts of workload.
