2 1. Background Azure Power is a new-age independent solar energy company with cutting-edge technology. We harness the abundance of solar energy in India to offer clean and affordable solar energy to customers with zero upfront cost and operational expenses. Azure Power has been at the forefront of developments in the sector since its inception in Azure Power has presence in 22 states. Azure has created a historic first success for private investment in renewable solar power generation in India. Azure Power has been the benchmark setter for the Indian Solar Industry with the first solar power plant launch in private sector at a mega scale in Punjab. The company also installed India's first megawatt scale solar rooftop project in Gandhi Nagar Gujarat and which was awarded the top 10 Public Private Partnership, 2013 by World Bank. Azure Power s Solar as a Service offering, manages the entire project process for its customers, reduces costs of generating electricity, and provides long term predictable pricing. Our offices are located across India and US. We are currently hiring for positions in our Delhi office. Azure Power India Private Limited (Azure) has established a Social, Environment, Health and Safety Management System (SEHSMS), applicable to all its solar assets across India in all stages, from development to construction. This system was developed and adopted in 2012 and is regularly updated by Azure. The latest update was in December Azure has a portfolio of more than 3 GW out of which 1.2 GW is under operation and rest is under construction. Azure has a been investing in CSR activity since last 3 years. Through it s investment Azure has made positive contribution to more than 1 Lakh beneficiaries in and around the areas of it s operation. Through this tender, Azure requests eligible entities a technical and commercial quotation for building CSR capacities of Azure s own personnel or those of implementing agencies.

3 2. Scope of Work The scope of work for building CSR capacities of Azure s own personnel or those of implementing agencies includes the following activities: 1. Identify the geographical areas for CSR interventions. 2. Identify the thematic areas and target groups/beneficiaries which will be the focus for CSR interventions 3. Undertake needs assessment studies and perform gap analysis 4. Identify Implementing Agency and finalizing the role and responsibility of the agency during the implementation of CSR 5. Invite quotations from implementing agency (at least 3 quotations) and recommend on eligible implementation agency 6. Assistance in formulate contractual obligation with the implementing Agency. 7. Prepare report incorporating the CSR Policy for the Client which includes the areas; geographical and thematic, Implementing Agency and contractual obligation/framework for carrying out CSR implementation. 8. Advice the client on eligibility of investment as per section 135 of companies act 9. Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of CSR expenditure as per the Client policy. 10. Assist the Client in filing all the documents related to CSR rules which are required as per the Government. of India Regulations. 11. Any other activity required to discharge Azure s CSR obligation.

Payment Milestone 20% on acceptance of needs assessment report 30% on shortlisting of implementation agency and approval from Axure 40% on conclusion of implementation 20% on acceptance of impact evaluation report 6. Payment term 30 Days 7. Quotation format Lumpsum quotation inclusive of professional fee, travel expenditure and all other cost GST would be paid extra as per actual
