5 Operation & Services TURNKEY SOLUTION Gulf Turrets services include design, detailing, fabrication, galvanising and installation of Steel Civil Structures, Telecom Towers, Telecom Equipment Shelters, fabricated structures, Industrial Solutions and miscellaneous works. We have progressively grown in our capabilities for steel fabrication and its allied services support in the GCC. Design Consultancy & Detail Engineering : We are equipped with a strong and efficient Engineering Team that consists of structural engineers and detailing engineers. Support is provided to consultant engineers, steel fabrication/erection companies in the preparation of Design drawings, GA drawings, project specifications, workshop drawings, erection drawings, maps and associated material list, bolt list, painting area and the assembly list. 6 Operation & Services Trial Erection & Assembly : Trial Erection is done based on the client requirements. Protective Treatment: Blasting : Abrasive blasting of steel surfaces is done upto Sa 2.5 finish. Protective Treatment: Painting : Our capabilities range from structures with simple primer base-coat right through to complex finishes and treatments such as multicoat, high build epoxy and architectural finishes. Site Installation & Erection : Gulf Turrets offers years of on-site erection capabilites for steel structures, telecom towers, plate works and tanks which extends our services beyond steel fabrication and allows us to offer our clients a complete solution package for even the most complex site requirements. Highly experienced in complex erection methodologies including tension structures and modularised techniques. We have a fleet of delivery vehicles to carry the finished products to the site which are duly received by the site crew.
