2 Features & Benefits Steering Creations, Inc. (SCI) has a complete line of hub kit applications for all heavy duty trucks. The Steering Wheel and the Hub Installation Kit are separate pieces. WIDE APPLICATION SCI carries both domestic and international hub kits dating back to the 1950 s. SCI s 3-hole hubs fit the same bolt pattern as the OE factory steering wheel, and its 5-hole hubs easily interchange with several aftermarket manufacturers. MORE SALES There will be more selling opportunities because once the vehicle specific hub kit is installed, the customer can then choose any style of SCI wood, leather, polyurethane, or combination steering wheel. LESS WAREHOUSE SPACE As compared to the other steering wheel programs on the market, distributors will notice that significantly less shelf space is needed to stock the SCI line. LOWER INVENTORY INVESTMENT The purchasing agent won t be forced to purchase the same steering wheel or a variety of applications. For example, instead of needing to buy six of the same steering wheel for six different models, the SCI program allows the agent to buy six hub kits and just one custom steering wheel. SCI s products are manufactured using only the finest quality materials available. SCI offers alternative products at a time when the OEMs and End Users are putting more emphasis on interior fashion, design, and color. GREATER CUSTOMER SATISFACTION Purchasers of SCI products will be back to thank the store for selling them a quality accessory that provides personal comfort and pleasure every minute of their driving day. IMAGE ENHANCEMENT Stores which carry this line will be able to promote the fact that they stay current with the latest trends.

3 GENERAL Acceptance by Steering Creations, Inc. entitles the distributor to purchase its full line of steering wheel products at the assigned level from our pricing sheet. Steering Creations reserves the right to amend or change its Distributor Program without notice. ORDERING & FREIGHT GUIDELINES Placing Orders A. Lead Times: Under normal circumstances, orders received before 2:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day. B. Prepaid Freight: Orders of $1,000 and more will be shipped freight prepaid within the continental United States. All special orders shipped afterwards to go out freight collect. The most economical carrier available will be used unless requested and coordinated otherwise. B. Backorders: Customers have the choice of having backorders shipped or cancelled. If originating from a prepaid qualifying order, backorders will be shipped freight prepaid. C. Claims: Claims for merchandise damaged or missing in transit must be submitted to the carrier. Steering Creations can assist in identifying the number of cartons/boxes shipped as well as the quantity and part numbers of the items shipped if necessary. D. Priority Shipments: Priority shipments will be accommodated and shipped per customer instructions. If an order to be shipped by a priority status qualifies as a freight-prepaid shipment, the customer will be credited for what the cost of the shipment would have been if shipped by regular means. E. International Shipments: Shipments to locations outside the continental United States will be shipped to the appropriate Shipping Agent or Broker within the continental United States in accordance with the terms of the freight program for US customers unless otherwise previously coordinated. F. Product Exchanges: At any time, Steering Creations is willing to exchange product on a dollar-for-dollar basis with the following conditions: (1) the distributor is to first send its request via phone, fax, or to get approval; (2) merchandise being returned must be in new condition; (3) product needs to be in its original packaging with no marking or stickers other than those belonging to Steering Creations; and, (4) distributor to pay the shipping charges back to SCI s warehouse. G. Drop-Ship and Assembly Charges: All drop-ship orders will be $5.00; and any preassembly of the steering wheel to the hub adaptor is $9.00.

4 ACCOUNTING Prices A. Pricing is available upon request or via SCI Distributor Dropbox; to be added and gain access to: up-to-date documents and hi-res images, please provide an address. B. A Distributor who has not yet made an opening order of $1,500 or more, will receive Jobber pricing. Terms & Conditions A. Open Accounts: To open a credit account with Steering Creations, Inc., a credit application must be completed and submitted. Upon receipt of a minimum $1,500 order, the application will be processed as expeditiously as possible. An account will be opened and payment terms will be established. B. Payment Terms: The net amount of the invoice will be due and payable within 30 days of date of invoice (Net 30). Additional discounts may be offered on a case-by-case basis. C. Past Due Accounts: Any account over 30 days late will be charged 1½% interest on the unpaid balance. All orders from past due accounts will be processed on a COD basis. D. Returned Checks: There will be a $50.00 handling charge for all returned checks. E. Accounting Department: All billing and credit account questions should be directed to Steering Creations A/R Department: Phone: (352) or : (352) WARRANTY POLICY Processing A. From the end-user s date of purchase, SCI offers a six (6) month warranty covering the failure of materials and/or workmanship; and a one (1) year warranty involving a manufacturing defect. During this period SCI will replace or repair the part. As with most consumable products, normal wear and tear is not covered. For leather steering wheels, the surface is subject to become worn down from: (a) hands containing dirt, oil, grease, etc.; (b) gloves having rough palm textures; (c) chemicals found in cleaning detergents; and/or, (d) regular daily usage. The same applies to wood steering wheels, which are vulnerable to: (a) scratching; (b) chipping; (c) a diminishing lacquer finish on the rim caused by many of the same issues affecting leather wheels; and, in extreme cases, (d) cracking, which is primarily caused when the wheel is used as a grab handle to enter or exit the vehicle. Warranty coverage does not include any damage caused by product mishandling, installation error, harmful chemicals, or the usage of inappropriate cleaning supplies. SCI is not liable for any direct or consequential loss of property damage arising from any use of this product. B. Warranty claims may only be submitted through an authorized Steering Creations distributor and should only be submitted if an item has failed to perform its intended function. To start a claim, one will need to: (1) inform us via the Warranty Form on the website, phone, fax, or (claims@steeringcreations.com) to determine if anything can be done to fix the problem; (2) send a photo of the damaged item(s) along with a general statement as to the nature of the warranty; (3) send the customer s proof of purchase; and (4) request an RGA#. Once the claim has been submitted we will review and contact you with the RGA#. Claims for items damaged or lost in shipment must be made directly to the carrier.
