1 STABLE BAR BOOKING INFORMATION The Stable Bar offers a fantastic multi functional space for many types of occasion, from birthdays and celebrations, business and networking events, lunches and private dining to extra special events such as small bespoke weddings and family christenings. It is also the perfect cosy space to host a great party! Whether a sit down meal for 30 or a canapé and drinks party for approx people (more in the summer months where we can include part of our terrace garden) we can create a bespoke event just for you. We will ensure that you have a dedicated contact person from the moment you make your booking enquiry right through to the event itself who will be there to answer all your questions and tailor your event to your specific needs from creating bespoke menus through to organising balloons, cakes, live music, visual equipment and anything else you may need.

2 ROOM HIRE FROM 12 NOON 5PM OR FROM 6PM MIDNIGHT Tuesday Thursday 100 for 4 hours 25 per hour after Friday Sunday 150 for 4 hours 50 per hour after Room hire includes use of small section of the terrace garden, however this is shared with customers from the main bar and dining room. As well as a member of staff looking after you exclusively throughout your event. If you wish to use the Stable Bar for a private dining party and a Set Menu is agreed then the room hire charge is not applicable for tables of 20 or more* but a 10% service charge will be added to your table bill* for food and drinks as you will receive full dining room service with your own personal waiter(s). *Please note for private dining parties one bill will be presented to the table, (we can do 1 food and 1 drinks bill upon request). If people wish to pay individually it is your responsibility to calculate who pays what unless you want the bill split evenly between the number of people. MENUS We offer various options from sit down dining with full table service, various buffet options and also canapés, the perfect addition to any drinks party. Our menus are all sample menus, there are various price structures but we are always willing to cater a quote to your specific requirements so let us know your ideas and we can cost a menu accordingly.

3 FROM ENQUIRY TO CONFIRMED BOOKING Once you make your enquiry we will you with all the information. We will provisionally hold the room for you for 7 days while you make a decision. If you wish to go ahead with a booking a deposit of 100 is required to secure the room. This is fully refundable up to 28 days prior to the event after this date deposits are non refundable except in exceptional circumstances. The balance is payable on the day of the event. *after the 7 day provisional holding period if you have not paid the deposit this date is then open to other interested parties, if we do have another enquiry we will try to contact you and offer you first refusal, if we get no response within 48 hours the room will be available to the other enquiry and it will be the first enquiry to pay the deposit who gets the room Your booking will not become confirmed until the deposit has been paid Final numbers and menu choices need to be confirmed 7 days prior to your booking date. LICENSING TIMES Your private bar is licensed until midnight. Normal restrictions apply to drinking up times and the service of minors. MUSIC The room hire charge includes the use of our Active Speaker, please note that due to licensing restrictions and in consideration of our neighbour s music after 11pm must be reduced and can only be played to background level after midnight. You are most welcome to provide your own playlists (on I-pod / I phone) which we will play for you. Only members of our staff are allowed to use the equipment unless agreed in advance. We can provide the option of live music using Eight Ray Music. They can provide DJs and live musicians of various

4 genres. We can initiate an enquiry with them and provide you with their contact details etc to organise a meeting. Payment and invoicing for any live music booked will be a binding contract between yourself and Eight Ray Music. You are of course welcome to organise your own live music, however we ask that you provide us with their details so we can go through license restrictions and any health and safety regulations that may apply with them. DECORATING THE ROOM Should you wish to personalise your event you are welcome to come and decorate the room at an agreed time. Any decorations will need to be removed end the end of the evening or the morning of the following day if agreed in advance. Similarly if you wish to leave items, gifts, personal belongings, etc overnight in our premise you may do so as long as agreed with a key staff member on the evening, however we can accept no responsibility for loss or damage to your personal property. If you require us to put up or take down decoration then an additional charge may be applicable dependent upon. Any damage caused to the rooms décor in the putting up or taking down of decorations may also incur a charge if we then need to carry out repairs. This would mean your deposit may not be fully redeemed. CHILDREN We warmly welcome children of all ages however we must point out that younger children must be supervised at all times especially when the log burner is lit and / or there is food being served. DAMAGES Any non accidental damages directly caused to the room or its contents, the terrace or toilets by yourself or your guests may be chargeable and you run the risk of forfeiting all or part of your deposit. We will ask you to sign a booking agreement between you and ourselves agreeing to this at the time when we take the initial deposit.

5 MISCELLANEOUS The information provided gives you a general overview of our terms but the list is not exhaustive. We deal with each booking enquiry on an individual basis, the room is multifunctional and one size does not fit all. We are always more than happy to discuss your specific requirements for your event and will always to our best to accommodate you.
