1 Checklist to a successful remodel Before starting a kitchen model it is best to have a vision of your dream kitchen. Knowing what you want will help you to achieve your goals. Whether you choose to hire a professional or DIY this step by step checklist will guide you to making the decisions required. Having these decisions made ahead of time will make it easier to complete your remodel without unnecessary delays and headaches. We recommend going thru this list while making notes (space has been left at the bottom of the pages). It may take more than one pass to get everything.! 10 ! Appliances delivered o Check to make sure there is no obvious damage or dents! Cabinetry installed o Look at knob and pull placement with your contractor! Countertop Measured o Have all plumbing and appliances on job site! Countertop installed! Appliances Installed! Backsplash installed! Paint touched up and final details like crown molding!
