L.L.C and the employee strength reached to 70. successfully completed the painting work of Deira water Tank Constructed an office space, sheds for fabrication & blasting work in Al Quoz, Dubai The company identity, the Logo was changed focused on the refurbishment of Storage tanks of Emirates Gas, Cyclingas, Emarat, Tank farms in Fujairah A new company - Building Contracting L.L.C was formulated for civil construction. A new 9000 sq.ft plot in DIP was taken for office and shed for blasting and fabrication Automatic blasting machine installed. A new company in Abu Dhabi Technical General Contracting L.L.C was formulated Technical General Contracting L.L.C was also registered in Fujairah to operate building projects contracting, structural steel coating based in Fujairah area Regardless of what your need may be, our quality services have been proven to constantly deliver the best outcome. Since 1971, Group has expanded its services to meet the demands of both industrial and civil customers. We began as a general service provider in the UAE and moved on to large oil and gas industry and today we have expanded our services to new areas, providing turnkey projects in Decorative painting, Corrosion Control and Manpower supply services. Elaborated corrosion control division was established and the company started doing work for Government entities like DEWA, Dubai Drydock and Emarat A new company - Electro Mechanical Works was formulated in the new yard in Ras Al Khor, Dubai. Electro Mechanical Works successfully undertook and completed a lot of prestigious maintenance projects such as, Ruwais Refinery, FEWA including whole of northern emirates, Dubai Municipality, Port of Fujairah, Al Ain Power House etc became a proud company to acquire ISO Accreditation for Quality and the employee strength reached up to 300. Building Contracting LLC. Undertook and executed several government civil Projects of - DEWA Substations of Nad Al Shiba, Lusaily Group of companies became one of the leading business houses in Oilfield, Civil & Structural erection. In this period developed a very good cliental with major customers like EMAL, Belleli Energy, Dubal, DEWA, Danway, NICO and ETA The company identity, the Logo was changed.
