5 Buice Elementary School Buice Elementary is included on this tour to show the contrast between a 21st century learning concept and the lack of flexibility you have with an older facility, like Goliad Elementary. Buice Elementary was designed with 21st century learning concepts integrating hubs, open spaces, accordion style glass partitions, significant natural light, and a lot of flexibility for teaching. The combination of these features creates an inviting learning environment for today s students. Because Buice Elementary is a new campus, there is no apparent need for new construction.
