1 Dear Virtual Assistant Industry Leader, On behalf of the Alliance for Virtual Businesses (A4VB) I invite you to participate in our 2 nd annual Online International Virtual Assistants Convention (OIVAC) and International Virtual Assistants Day (IVAD) celebration, to be held on Thursday, May 17 thru Saturday, May 19, We are requesting your support and ask you to select one of the sponsorship opportunities from the VA-Industry Sponsor Package enclosed. The OIVAC Steering Committee also requests your assistance in achieving our goal to unify, educate, train, and network and vendor with Virtual Assistants and associate businesses in the following manner Place an OIVAC and IAD hyperlinked logo/banner on your organization s web home page. Write articles/promos for inclusion in ezine, blog, announcements or other methods used to communicate with virtual assistants. 2 OIVAC Virtual Assistance Industry Sponsor Opportunities In recognition, celebration and promotion of the international virtual assisting community, the Alliance for Virtual Businesses will host the 2 nd annual Online International Virtual Assistants Convention. The virtual assisting industry, a largely online, interactive business support services community, works with businesses located around the globe. Using 21st century best business practices, innovative office systems and new-age internet-based technologies, the convention will open gateways to business for virtual assistants, VA organizations, sponsors, as well as corporate and VA-industry exhibitors, worldwide. The convention includes speakers, workshops, no-entrance fee exhibit halls, give-a-ways, prizes, a silent auction, souvenirs and much more. Individuals may purchase admissions for the entire event, one full day, or in groups of 1, 3 or 5 sessions (session passes may be used anytime during the 3 day event).
