5 Practitioner Enrollment Refresh Practitioner Enrollment Rewrite Checkmarks display next to plan grouping in which employees is enrolled. Change reason moved to top of enrollment detail page. Display Deduction Codes on Enrollment Summary.

6 Practitioner Enrollment Refresh What was changed? Enabled correcting an employees benefit coverage end date. Employee enrollments that were terminated can be reactivated on the employee level.

7 Edit Rates Redesign Rate Updates Simplified Practitioners can now edit rates without having to go into the plan setup The rates for all eligibility groups will be easily viewable and editable from a single page 7

8 Benefits Self Service Refresh Coming Soon! What is Benefits Self Service Refresh? Benefits Self Service Refresh is a major update of benefits functionality in ADP Workforce Now, especially as it impacts employee enrolling via self service. The overall refresh includes redesign and updates in multiple areas of Benefits in WFN including: Employee Self Enrollment Enrollment Profiles Dependents/Beneficiaries Practitioner View Employee View 8

9 Enrollment Profile Refresh Coming Soon! What will change? Complete User Interface refresh Enrollment Start and end date display upon navigation to enrollment profiles screen. Coverage effective date display on enrollment profile home page Message calling out enrollment profiles with future dated changes

Ability to copy existing enrollment profiles, profile types must be the same Enable updating the new profile name, coverage effective date, enrollment start date, and end date. Information from existing enrollment profile will be copied to new enrollment profile. Reduce time creating an Open enrollment profile

Desktop Employee Self Service Open Enrollment Benefit Self Service Welcome page includes the following: Action Items Calls out plans that require attention and doesn t allow employees to move forward without acknowledgement. This could require employees to enter a waive reason, tobacco attestation, and beneficiary designation. Your Enrollments Displays employees current enrollments in benefit plans that were rolled over from last year. More Benefits Additional benefit plans offered to employees but doesn t require attention.

Desktop Employee Self Service Open Enrollment As employees navigate through the Open Enrollment profile, they will see who s covered, what their coverage options are, and a list of plans they can choose. Once an employee makes their benefit selection they can see their monthly cost or per paycheck cost. Employees have the option to compare plans that are offered to them.

17 Open Enrollment Center Why should I use the Open Enrollment Center? Allows you, as a practitioner, a one-stop shop for all things Open Enrollment Walks you through the process and areas in Workforce Now that you should be reviewing and updating to have a successful Open Enrollment What kind of value added features does it include? Ability to request specific information (Ex. Dedicated OE Support, New Carrier Connections, New Deduction Codes) Real time OE Progress Metrics if you are using self-service Customizable functionality to quickly communicate to a subset of your employees based on characteristics or their status in OE

18 Open Enrollment Center The OE Center is designed to provide a step by step guide Quickly Access such as: Request new deduction codes Add rate structure Add new provider

19 Open Enrollment Center Dedicated OE Support If you do not qualify to get a dedicated OE Specialist (based on your service/product offering), we will allow you to electronically request in the Open Enrollment Center. If you qualify for a dedicated OE Specialist, we will let you know how to get started. Also, if you are already aligned to one, we will display this for you automatically.

21 Benefit Deduction Rules Why is this important? These rules allow you to move your first OE deductions and elections to one pay date earlier or later without manual data entry The default first pay date may not be the pay date you would like these to come out on Why the enhancement? Streamlined the process to be more transparent with the actions needed to make the change you are looking for Simplified the steps needed to move the deductions and elections associated with OE. 21

22 Benefit Deduction Rules NEW! What changed with the Enhancement? Enabled the option to apply deduction rule to additional deduction codes. List additional deduction codes that are in the same group as the existing deduction code. 22

24 Mobile Enrollment Enhancement Coming Soon! What is Mobile Enrollment? This new feature will allows employees to access their benefits and enrollments via the downloadable ADP Mobile app. Using their existing ADP login credentials, employees will be able to access their benefit information in the palm of their hands! There is no special configuration or setup to utilize Mobile enrollment. ADP Mobile app will be supported by most iphone and Android smartphone devices (the tablet experience is coming soon). The ADP Mobile app includes the following Benefits features: Current Employee Enrollments Dependent & Beneficiary Information New Hire enrollment Open enrollment Work event Life events 24

25 Mobile Enrollment Enhancement Coming Soon! Employees will be able to start, save, and submit their enrollments via mobile and can easily switch between WFN on the desktop and the ADP Mobile App. Employees can view Current Benefits and benefits as of a selected date. Targeted for Summer Release 25

28 Carrier Connection Refresh What was changed? Reports > My Connections>All Connections only displays carrier connection files in production Provides additional insight into the carrier connection file setup and settings 28

29 Plan Mapping & Maintenance Plan Mapping & General Information Plans that are currently mapped and sending on the connection can be found under Action> Configuration. Any time a new plan is created that needs to be sent on the carrier connection, the practitioner must inform ADP of the new plans so that they are added onto the connection file 29

31 Open Enrollment Files How to see if the OE file has been sent 1. Navigate to Reports > My Connections > All Connections 2. View the files history by clicking the Action Arrow 3. Look for a file with an end date that shows your benefit effective date (i.e., 1/1/2019) and a start date that captures your Open Enrollment window 31
