25 Using MethodPark Stages at Hirain When we introduced SAP in our company, we use Stages to manage the whole process running in SAP. From definition, to implementation and maintenance.

26 Using MethodPark Stages at Hirain Problems we have met Most processes in Stages are built by engineering department, but they have no enough time, and process improvement is delayed. Roles in out processes are not consistent. We mix roles and departments/positions together. Engineering departments build all process-model in different workspaces in Stages, and it is taken a long time to join/merge together. Some artifacts have different names in different processes. Some processes include department management works, not a work for project (such as, collect weekly reports of all project in PMC process)
