1 澳門國際機場 環境優化概念設計比賽 Macau International Airport Environmental Optimization Design Competition 講解會解答 Response to queries in briefing session 2012 年 10 月 7 日 7 th October 能否提供入境大堂 轉機走廊及出境大堂之斷面 AutoCAD 檔圖及相關高度? Is it possible to provide elevation drawings in AutoCAD dwg format and respective floor level height for arrival level, departure level and sterile corridor? 2 參賽作品會否作公眾展示? Are there any exhibition/presentations after the competition? 各樓層之高度如下列所示 : 入境層 : 6.62m 離境層 ( 至天面 ): 10.7m 離境層 ( 至閣樓 ): 5.2m 轉機走廊 : 3.7m CAM 會於機場網頁提供 PDF 檔格式之結構柱斷面圖 (T-ST-0009), 圖中顯示離境層和入境層之高度 此外, 轉機走廊之斷面圖 PDF 檔 (T-AR-0269) 亦於機場網頁上載, 並顯示有關樓層高度 The height of each level (floor to ceiling slab) is indicated as below Arrival Level: 6.62m Departure Level (to roof slab): 10.7m Departure Level (to mezzanine level slab): 5.2m Sterile Corridor: 3.7m A structural column drawing (pdf format), T-ST- 0009, which indicates the height of each level, is uploaded to MIA s website. In addition, the sterile corridor elevation drawing (pdf format), T-AR is also uploaded on MIA s website, clearly indicating the height of the respective level. 冠 亞 季軍的作品會在澳門國際機場內作出展示, 而且有機會成為澳門國際機場日後建設藍圖 沒獲獎作品將不會被展示 Winner of the competition champion, 1 st runner up, 2 nd runner up s works will be exhibited in Macau International Airport, and will have the chance to become the design framework for future airport construction/renovation works. There will be NO exhibition/presentation for non-winners works.

2 3 哪些代表成員是本次比賽之評審團? Who will be the evaluation committee for this competition? 4 有關更新後的資料, 會如何通知參賽者? If there are updates information, how is the organizer going to communicate with the contestants? 5 在設計上, 若有需要時能否改變客運大樓之出入口閘門, 櫃檯及行李安檢處理系統等機場日常營運之設施? For the design works, if necessary, is it allowed to change the layout/position of the existing operational facilities, such as sliding doors, check-in counters and baggage system equipment etc.? 6 請問有那些實體元素可以被改變, 若有影響到結構體, 是否接受? 玻璃幕牆和其外牆可否作出更改? What kind of changes can be allowed for the existing elements? If such changes will affect the structural elements, will it be acceptable? For glass curtain wall and external façade, are they acceptable to be changed? 會邀請澳門建築師業界 工程業界及相關航空業等代表作為本次比賽之評審團 CAM will invite Macau architectural related entities, engineering related entities and other professional civil aviation related entities for the composition of the evaluation committee. 任何更新之資料,CAM 會即時上載於機場網站上, 請參賽者適時上網查閱 For any information updates, CAM will upload all relevant details on Macau International Airport website immediately. Please regularly check the website for the updates. 所有設計內容都不能影響機場之現有運作流程, 但表面觀感或材料可更改 All design works must not affect the existing airport operation procedures. Nevertheless, changes in general appearance and materials are welcome in the design. 若設計內容有影響到結構體, 需考慮設計可行性, 以及未來項目發展之效益性及可執行性 本次比賽主要方向是圍繞著如何優化現時客運大樓環境 外觀 環保及便捷性, 例如可改變燈光系統 飾面材料 玻璃外牆及加入一些創意元素等等 但位於閣樓位置之葡式瓷磚飾面需要保留 If there are impacts on structural elements, the design must consider the overall design feasibility, as well as effectiveness on future project development and project applicability. The main purpose for this competition emphasizes on the enhancement of terminal environment, exterior appearance, green elements and the convenience. For example, the design could have improvement on the lighting effects, materials, or even adding some creative elements on the glass curtain wall to be named just a few. However, the Portuguese style façade materials in the mezzanine level shall be maintained.

3 7 在獲獎作品若被用作將來機場發展規劃上, 有沒有預算限制? Is there any budget limit imposed on winners works if such design is to be used for future airport development? 8 持有澳門註冊建築師之澳門非永久居民可否參加此比賽? For Macau non-permanent residents who possess registered architect certificate of Macau, are they eligible to apply for the competition? 9 可否詳述有關文件袋遞交之要求? Please explain in more detail for the requirement on submitted envelope on final submission. 沒有預算限制, 但同時需考慮經濟原則 參賽者可依自己的専業, 自由發揮創意 No budget limit for the design works, but economic factors must be duly considered. Any professional and creative ideas on the design are welcome. 可以 Yes. 參賽者需遞交下列文件 1. 參賽者背景資料文件 2. 設計方案文件以上文件需用不透明文件袋或其他不透明物件緊密封好, 並分別放入於同一個不透明文件袋或箱內, 並需封口 所有信封或包裹, 以及所有設計方案文件均不可出現有關參賽者或相關機構之任何識別 只有參賽者背景資料文件才可以提供有關參賽者資料, 其放入之文件袋外觀上亦不可顯示相關資料識別 上述有關文件格式之制定是為了確保評審以公平 公正的形式進行 Applicants must submit the following documents: 1. Applicants Background Information Documents 2. Design Documents The abovementioned documents must be placed in opaque envelope or other means, be securely sealed, and respectively put in an opaque carton or envelope and be firmly sealed. All the envelopes and cartons, as well as all design related documents must not have any indicative signs of the applicant s information or name of entities. Only the documentations within the Applicants Background Information Documents category can provide relevant applicant s details. The respective envelope/carton cannot show any indicative signs as well. This documentation method is to ensure that the evaluation is undertaken through fair and equitable process.
