21 Orange committed operator Orange trusted operator Orange is an active member of the Joint Audit Cooperation Created in 2010 by Orange, Deutsche Telekom and Telecom Italia, the Joint Audit Cooperation (JAC) is a cooperation of telecommunications operators whose objectives are to verify, evaluate and develop the implementation of CSR from their common suppliers. Members of the JAC issue rules of conduct in auditing that are shared by all member operators. The JAC has today 13 members: AT&T, Belgacom, Deutsche Telekom, KPN, Orange, Proximus, Swisscom, Telecom Italia, Telefonica, Telenor, Telia Company, Verizon and Vodafone.

22 Orange trusted operator Orange enters into a relationship of trust with its suppliers and their subcontractors In France, Orange has been signed up to the "Responsible supplier relations" charter since Guarantee fair financial treatment for suppliers 2 Promote co-operation between large contractors and strategic suppliers 3 Reduce the risks of mutual dependence between contractors and suppliers 4 Involve the large contractors in their sector 5 Evaluate the total purchase cost 6 Incorporate environmental concerns 7 Corporate regional responsibility 8 Purchases: a function and a process 9 A purchasing function tasked with steering the supplier relationship as a whole 10 Define a consistent purchaser remuneration policy Certified since February

23 Group Sourcing & Supply Chain contributes to the respect of the personal data protection charter signed by the Group in 2013 Purchasing teams assess risks upstream when the provision of services is entrusted to suppliers, particularly if they are required to process sensitive data They assess the supplier's ability to control risks Orange ensures that it passes on the Group's commitments to its suppliers and business partners.
