7 Benefits of the platform Social Leads is an add-on to the Motorola Social On Demand. It allows you to generate/ capture customer leads from your published social media content. When a potential customer clicks on a link from your social media post published through the Motorola Social On Demand, a window will automatically open to gather customer information. YOU will then be notified via and this lead will also be available within your portal. 7

9 Step 1: Registration Register for the platform at: Once approved you will receive a socialondemand.motorolasolutions.com/registers://social.f5.com/register/ confirmation . 9

10 Step 2: Add your social media accounts Click on the Twitter/ Facebook/ LinkedIn icons, enter your username/ password and authorise Motorola as a trusted publisher 10

11 Step 3: Manage your preferences For each account you add, you will need to set your account preferences: For each Post Category, you will need to choose between Ignore, Review / Edit / Publish (you can view/ edit posts manually) or Publish Automatically (news will be posted automatically and without review to your chosen social media accounts). You need to select your Customer Target(s). Each post is targeted to a specific group of end-users, and therefore you can choose which stream you are interested in and would like to receive posts for. 11

12 Step 3: Manage your preferences Don t forget: You can add as many accounts as you like. You can Edit these preferences at any time or Remove accounts or even Delegate them to your colleagues. They will be able to manage the posts for you (you will remain the only person able to edit the social media account settings). You will also need to select when you would like to be notified of the new posts by (only those that are relevant will be sent to you). (TIP) It is a good idea to name each account carefully so you can keep track easily. 12

13 Notifications Every time a new RELEVANT post is available (and only then), you will receive an . You will receive the notification as soon as the post is created, once a day or once a week (as per your preferences). If you like the post and would like to review it or publish it, click Edit / Publish link on the . 13

14 Post review, editing and sending Every time a new RELEVANT post is available (and only then), you will receive an . You can edit the message to better fit your regions and markets, and select which social media account(s) you would like to publish the content to. You will NOT need to login to your own Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn accounts. The posting will happen system-to-system automatically. That s it your new post will appear automatically on your social networks. 14

15 Social Leads The Motorola Social On Demand portal allows you to capture customer leads from your published social media content. When a potential customer clicks on a link from your social media post published through Motorola Social On Demand, a window will automatically open to gather customer information. You will be notified of the new lead via and this lead will also be available within your portal. 15

16 Social Leads Settings By default you re set up to receive these leads the address and company name provided on your registration form will be used. However, you can edit these at any time by navigating to the Social Leads section and clicking Edit your settings. Here you can choose to have Motorola Enterprise handle the leads your accounts generate (by un-ticking the Handle leads box), or exclude your accounts from the social lead program altogether by un-ticking the Active box. 16

17 Social Leads Personalisation By clicking the Edit pop-up style, you will be able to edit the color, style and position of the pop-up lead box so you can re-color the lead box to suit you and your business. You can also change the time it takes for the box to appear, the text and background colors and the position of the box. 17

18 Viewing the results Now your post is appearing on your social network(s), go to your HOME page and see how many new interactions (clicks, downloads, retweets, likes) you are generating These are all from your followers (customers and prospects). 18
