QUESTIONS TO HONOURABLE MINISTERS AND MEMBERS OF THE CABINET The Honourable Leader of the Opposition, the Elected Member for North Side to ask the Honourable Minister of Finance and Economic Development No 1: Can the Honourable Minister state what percentage discount is allowed by Customs on goods imported into the Cayman Islands? The Honourable Leader of the Opposition, the Elected Member for North Side to ask the Honourable Minister of Commerce, Planning & Infrastructure No 2: Can the Honourable Minister give an update on the engineering study to prevent the erosion of Kaibo Public Beach. The Elected Member for George Town Central to ask the Honourable Acting Deputy Governor, ex officio Member responsible for the Portfolio of the Civil Service No. 3: On Friday 27 th November 2015 Police Commissioner David Baines said on a local radio show that there was a break in of the Royal Cayman Islands Police Headquarters in July where 50 Kilos of drugs was stolen, and that it involved corrupted Police officers, and given the circumstances of the crime, an inquiry was underway.

4 Can the Honourable Acing Deputy Governor, ex officio Member responsible for the Portfolio of the Civil Service give an update to the inquiry, has it been concluded, and if so, what were the findings? The Elected Member for North Side to ask the Honourable Minister of District Administration, Tourism and Transport No. 4: Can the Minister give an update on the marking of the Water Sports Zones? The Elected Member for Newlands to ask the Honourable Minister of Commerce, Planning and Infrastructure No. 5: Can the Honourable Minister state what plans are in place to complete the East West Arterial Road (Newlands Bypass), and when will streetlights be installed along the existing roadway? 7.
