5 SECTION FOUR: Legal Disclosure Lastly, I ll run through some important details about your order. Term Agreement Info: This is a XX-month minimum term agreement. Ask the customer, Do you agree to order and pay for the equipment and services that I just described? Only submit the order if the customer provides an affirmative response. Value-add Info: To qualify for your reward, you must maintain the services required for the offer for 90 days, and keep your account in good standing (not past due; not in soft disconnect). The prepaid card will be mailed within 6-8 weeks. Credit Info: Monthly charges may be reduced by a $5 monthly EcoBill paperless billing and automatic payments discount during the term agreement or promotional period. The discount will appear on your bill within 5 days of enrolling in EcoBill paperless billing and automatic payments. XH Acknowledgement: In order to receive XFINITY Home services, you understand that you must enter into a -year Residential Alarm Installation and Services Agreement during installation.
