Our speakers are an essential element of the event s success and represent figureheads, experts and leaders from the Affiliate and Performance Marketing industry. They share experience; showcase thought leadership and deliver fresh insights into the latest issues at the forefront of the industry. Within this pack you will find: Information on registering for your conference pass, and the discount code for your 2012 speaker pass Your badge to promote your participation and support of this year s event Information regarding booking your accommodation for the event Deadline schedule Please ensure you pay particular attention to the deadline schedule; it is imperative that we receive your current photo, personal biography and presentation in time for inclusion in the a4uexpo marketing materials and on the website to promote your session. 3 Registration As a speaker at a4uexpo London you are entitled to one complimentary, full conference pass. Please ensure you register your details at in order to collect your conference badge and wristband upon arrival onsite in London. ** For your FREE speaker pass please enter the code SPKLON12 when prompted ** Please note: All discount codes will expire on 28 th September 2012, so please ensure that you have registered in advance of this date. This code is for use by the event speaker only. Bring a friend You are welcome to bring a friend or colleague with you at a discounted rate, as long as they are from the same company. They are entitled to save 15% on the cost of a full conference pass. Please use the code SPEAK15%. Viral discount code In addition, a 10% discount code can be used virally within your BLOG or twitter account. Please use the code SPEAK10% Speaking badge Please use the I m speaking badge to promote this year s event on your website, blog and e- mail footer. Please ensure that you utilise this as it helps us to promote not only the conference itself but also your specific session. This year s badge will be attached to your with this pack. 2

4 Presentations Session Format and Timing Each session lasts for up to an hour. We encourage you to leave time for Q&A. If you are part of a panel we will elect a moderator or chair who will ensure there are no repetitions or overlaps. Final solo presentations should be submitted to carrie-anne.lewis@existem.com and chris@existem.com, no later than Monday 24 th September Failure to do so without contacting Chris Johnson by chris@existem.com could seriously jeopardize your involvement at the event in the future. Please ensure that files are provided in one of the following formats; Microsoft Office 2003 / 2007 PDF format Prezi file Please note: If you are part of panel session then no presentation needs to be submitted. We will however use your submitted picture as a placeholder. Template Please use the below image on the bottom right hand side of your template. We ve ed you a copy! 3

5 A/V Equipment All session rooms will include the following equipment: Projector screen PC laptop Wi-Fi connection Handheld microphone or lapel microphone (for those who like to roam!) Presentation mice / laser pointer On site AV support will be available at all times throughout the conference. If you require any additional audio visual equipment please contact Carrie-Anne Lewis on at least one month in advance of the conference date. Alternatively please carrie-anne.lewis@existem.com Speaker Biographies and Pictures For inclusion in the conference program, please supply both a JPEG and high resolution EPS (300dpi) picture and a personal biography. Please supply a high resolution (300dpi).jpg.Png.Tiff. or Eps file. Please do not submit.gif images as this is not a format that can be used for print and could result in poor resolution. In addition, please be aware of the physical size of the image you supply. A 2mm square 300dpi image is too small. A good rule of thumb is the bigger the picture the better. Please ensure that biographies are not more than 90 words in length. Please submit these by return, but please ensure that you supply both your picture and biography no later than Tuesday 11 th September Please note: Failure to provide these items by the 11 th September may result in your profile or picture not being included in the conference programme or a legacy version being used if your profile is already on file. Pictures that do not meet the minimum requirements or that miss the final deadline will not be included in the delegate brochure, and a grayed out image will be used in replacement. 4
