23 Customer specific dashboards Dashboard Factory The MaxAttention Next Generation add-on Service for Dashboard Factory configures capabilities of the Dashboard Factory which are shipped with the SAP Solution Manager add-on ST-OST (One Service Add-On) package SP1. Download ST-OST SP1 package in the following location: Installations and Upgrades - S -> SAP SOLUTION MANAGER -> SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.1 -> ST-OST -> ST-OST 100 Note: You can only download Installations and Upgrades you are entitled to (based on your S-User ID). Usage Rights of the Dashboard Factory are granted only if a Service for Dashboard Factory was ordered. ST-OST SP1 is available since 20/04/ SAP SE or an SAP affiliate company. 24 Dashboard Factory content Four pre-defined Dashboard Models RunSAP Operations dashboard allows customers to merge different alerting sources in a combined view modeling customer s organization. In addition, specific jump-in to alerts inbox or metrics monitoring is provided. Events Service Level Dashboards objective is to provide customers with Service Level compliancy reporting capabilities to get transparency on IT Processes based on selected specific set of KPIs and periods. Alerts Tickets Changes Metrics Monitors The Tactical Dashboards for SAP Applications allows customers to report the status of a selected list of systems based on a pre-defined set of KPIs configured with specifics thresholds. The Strategic Dashboard package provides IT department the capabilities to demonstrate the value of their services to their customers.
