We work with companies to create value out of waste and reduce operating costs by increasing recycling and decreasing carbon emissions. 8 METALLURGY & PROCESSES Vrobal s metallurgical processes include precious metal refining of spent catalysts, ores and metal alloys. The process of refining used here include pyrometallurgical and hydrometallurgical techniques which are distinguished from other processes such as smelting and calcining which involves chemical transformation to the raw material. Another major breakthrough in non-ferrous extraction is to minimize metal losses in slag. Inspection Clients have the flexibility of sending their representatives for an official inspection during the loading process of the materials. Clients can be re-assured of Vrobal s quality procedures for sampling, testing and loading operations.
