1 Virginia Cattlemen's Association Weekly Tel-O-Auction Sale The Virginia Cattlemen's Association sponsors a Tel-O-Auciton sale on Mondays nearly weekly throughout the year. Each sale will have a selection of feeder and yearling cattle available that have been graded by the Virginia Department of Agriculture marketing specialists for an accurate description of the cattle conformation and expected sale weight. Further questions about the cattle may be directed to the contact information listed for each load for sale or by contacting the Virginia Cattlemen's Association staff as follows: Butch Foster -Field Manager, Troy Lawson -Field Representative, To participate as a bidder for any Tel-O-Auction sale please call the Virginia Cattlemen's Association office by 5 PM on sale day, at , to obtain a bidder number. Bidders may then participate in the Tel-O-Auction call by dialing and use Passcode # when prompted. Please join the sale by 6 PM and use your phone's mute button when not bidding. Tel O Auction Slide (Effective 8/22/16): All loads are sold at the listed average target weight with MAX 50 LB WEIGHT STOP. Cattle price slide will be determined prior to sale time, in keeping with market conditions, and effective slide will be announced just prior to sale.
